Privacy policy

The short version
I collect what you type into a form or send me on WhatsApp, plus anonymous traffic statistics. I use it to answer you and to introduce you to a professional if that's what you asked for. I don't sell it, I don't run advertising retargeting, and there is no mailing list you're being added to.
What gets collected
- What you send. Name, email, WhatsApp number if you give one, and the content of your message or readiness-check answers. Stored in a private spreadsheet I control.
- WhatsApp messages. If you message me, that conversation lives on WhatsApp under Meta's own terms and on my phone.
- Traffic statistics. Google Analytics 4 records page views, referring sites, approximate location by region, device type, and interactions like clicking a WhatsApp button or finishing a calculator. It does not tell me who you are.
- Technical data your browser sends to the host serving this site, as every website receives.
What it's used for
- Replying to you.
- Introducing you to a broker, lawyer or other professional — only when you've asked for that, and only sharing what's relevant to the introduction.
- Working out which pages are useful so I write more of what helps.
What it is never used for
- Sold, rented or traded to anyone.
- Passed to a broker who didn't ask for an introduction, or blasted to several at once.
- Advertising retargeting, custom audiences or pixel tracking for ad platforms.
- Automated newsletters. If you get email from me it's because I wrote it to you.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for measurement; you can block them with any browser setting or extension and every page here will still work, including the calculators, which run entirely in your browser.
Referrals and how I'm paid
When you ask for an introduction, I pass on your name, contact details and the relevant part of what you told me — nothing more. If a referred transaction closes, the professional pays me a share of their own fee. Nothing is added to your cost. This is stated on the about page as well, because it's the sort of thing that shouldn't only live in a privacy policy.

- Google (Analytics, and the spreadsheet where form entries land)
- Meta / WhatsApp, if you choose to message that way
- The web host serving these pages
Your control
Email hola@webmedellin.co and ask me what I hold on you, ask for a correction, or ask me to delete it. I'll do it, and I don't need a reason. Deletion means the row goes and the WhatsApp thread gets cleared.
Children
This site is for adults buying property. I don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
