Buyer readiness check
No email required to finish it. At the end you get a written brief of your own answers, which you can send me on WhatsApp so the first conversation starts somewhere useful.
Question 1 of 7
What is the property for?
Living in it, letting it and qualifying for a visa point at three different buildings.
Question 2 of 7
What can you put into the purchase?
Purchase price only — closing costs sit on top, usually 2–4%.
Question 3 of 7
Where are you looking?
If you're undecided, say so — that's a normal answer and a useful one.
Question 4 of 7
When would you want to close?
Question 5 of 7
Does the investor visa matter to you?
It changes the minimum deed value and the order the whole transaction has to happen in.
Question 6 of 7
Where are you right now?
Last bit
Here's your brief
Read it back. If it's right, send it to me on WhatsApp — that way the first message already contains everything I'd otherwise have to ask.
Prefer email?
Leave a name and address and I'll reply with the same brief attached, usually within a day.
What happens with your answers
They stay in your browser until you choose to send them. If you send the brief on WhatsApp it goes to my phone; if you use the email form it lands in a spreadsheet I read and nowhere else. I don't sell lead data, I don't run ad retargeting, and nobody is buying your details from me — the whole business model is that a broker pays me when a real introduction closes. The privacy page spells it out.
